Diversity

A non-compulsory diversity survey of the workforce of this firm was last undertaken in July 2019, in accordance with the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Due to the small size of the firm, and the low number of meaningful responses, data was insufficient to report any meaningful results without identifying individuals, and therefore has not been published.

Complaints

We are committed to providing high-quality legal services and client care to all of our clients. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it, so that we can put it right, and improve our standards. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please follow our Complaints Procedure(to download click here). If we have not resolved your complaint within eight weeks you may complain to the legal Ombudsman. The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) can help if you are concerned about our behaviour. This could be things like dishonesty, taking or losing your money or treating you unfairly because of your age, disability or other characteristics. You can raise your concerns with the SRA here.
