About Us

Welcome to Brown Barron Solicitors

We are a leading supplier of legal services in South Cumbria and have been providing solutions for families and businesses throughout Furness and further afield for more than 40 years.

Our focus is on providing a high quality, reliable service with a friendly face. To meet some of those faces, please visit Our Team. Go to Our Services to discover more about some of the areas of law with which we can help.

We are very proud that a high proportion of our work comes from returning clients and personal recommendations. Our client feedback consistently says that we provide clear communication, high quality advice in a timely manner, and that our service provides value for money. Try our service and we are confident that you will agree! Take a look at some of the feedback comments we have received recently.

Having provided legal services to Barrow Borough Council for the last 25 years, we are delighted to have renewed our exclusive Legal Framework Agreement with the Council in June 2019. This commitment by the Council to source legal services locally has enabled us to invest in both employing and training local people, and in technologies to help us deliver our services.

If you are unhappy or concerned about the service we have provided, or the way you have been treated, you should firstly raise the issue with the person handling your matter. If this does not resolve the problem, information about our complaints procedure is provided here. You can also access information about the role of the Legal Ombudsman and how the Solicitors Regulation Authority can help.
